Scope of Services
Crosscare Institute LLC provides professional education, training programs, consultation, and supervision services. Certain services may be clinical in nature and governed by a separate informed consent.
Courses and educational offerings available for online enrollment do not establish a therapist‑client or healthcare provider‑patient relationship, unless explicitly stated in writing and accompanied by a signed informed consent.
Payment Policy
Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment or purchase.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payment submission constitutes authorization to charge the selected payment method.
Payments are processed securely through a third‑party payment processor.
Crosscare Institute LLC does not store full credit card numbers or payment credentials.
Course Cancellation & Refund Policy
This refund policy applies only to courses and educational programs offered through this website.
Cancellations made at least five (5) calendar days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made fewer than five (5) calendar days before the course start date will incur a $45 cancellation fee.
No refunds are issued once a course has begun or course materials have been accessed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
This policy does not replace or alter fee agreements outlined in signed informed consent documents for clinical or professional services.
Billing Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact Crosscare Institute LLC directly before initiating a chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Loss of access to courses or materials
- Suspension of services
- Restriction from future enrollment
HIPAA and Privacy Considerations
